New Agents

Everyone has to start somewhere, and we are here to help! If you are well-travelled, have basic technology skills, have an Entrepreneural spirit, and are eager to learn, we can give you the tools you need to be a successful travel advisor.

What is a Travel Advisor?

A Travel Advisor is a professional that a client entrusts with the planning and booking of their vacations. Individuals work very hard to earn the money and time needed to invest in vacations. Vacation travel carries with it a level of emotion. Choosing the right destination, resort, etc. can be a stressful task. Clients put their trust into our agents to steer them in the right direction and to ensure that all details are planned in a way to ensure an enjoyable and memorable experience.

How does a Travel Advisor Make Money?

Travel Advisors book their clients' trip through vetted Travel Operators who have buying power in the industry or directly through hotel or cruise brands using Global Eventures' unique travel booking numbers. In turn, after the client travels, the travel supplier pays a commission to Global Eventures which Global Eventures splits with the booking agent. The percentage of that split depends on the Travel Adivsor's experience, and the amount of assistance needed when booking clients.

Ann Montano

I am a very experienced traveler but came to Global Eventures with no experience as a Travel Specialist. They have a full-time person that trained me on all the sales and supplier systems. This person continues to work with me to this day while I am beginning to really flourish. They support me and help with questions to make sure I am successful while I am able to make sure our clients are getting the trips of a lifetime booked and traveled!
